- Atlest 1 year admin experience
- Neat and presentable
- Good in writing and speaking English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of social media and posting
- Must reside in or around Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Greet clients and keep track of register
- Answer telephone with a professional tone
- Attend to email and send messages on behalf of the director
- Keep the reception area clean and organised
- Organise client and student files accordingly
- Make sure the teacher has the attendance register and hand it in eery week
- Capture details of student or clients
- Receipt payments and invoice accordingly

The successful candidate might have other duties delegated as well. Transport included in the salary will be given and an increase of salary will be done according to the performance of the candidate
