Tamz Art Studio, Tokai held a few fun-filled, creative Art sessions in the Easter Holidays & now we're ready to jump into the new exciting Term that will see all my young Creatives emerge themselves in all sorts of Art mediums & techniques. 🎨🤩😃🎨🤩😃
Just for fun, Teacher Tamz has decided to have the element of gold shine through each week...a " thread of gold" linking all our creative ideas together. 🎨🤩😃🤩😃🎨
We've started off with a "Cheeky Seagull" Painting ( mixed media, paper torn Artwork).
When asked..." why is the Seagull Cheeky?"....the reply is..." we'll I guess it's because he's stolen a packet of slap chips!" I even had one of my kiddos draw her Seagull with a Mike & guitar...I guess one never knows what they might steal next!!🤣🎨❤

The Collage session is R200 ( excluding Canvas board). Moms receive a cup of tea/ coffee & biscuit while having loads of creative fun. ☕🍪🎨💝
Pre-select your favorite art pieces & cut them up, ready for the Collaging session with me Teacher Tamz. 😉🎨
Bring along your own large canvas board or purchase one from me. ( 80cm x 80cm white boxed, stretch canvas board).
If you're unable to make a session during the week your welcome to book a Saturday timeslot. 🎨❤

Hey moms & dad's...looking for a creative outlet for your kiddos tomorrow? Teacher Tamz from Tamz Art Studio, Tokai will be running 2 cool Art activities.

10:30-11:45 kiddos create a brightly colored, decorative Indian Elephant mixed media A3 Artwork...they attach some gold wire embellishments to their creation. 🐘🎨🤩
For ages 6yrs +
14:00-15:30 kiddos draw & design a Minecraft scene on an A5 Canvas board which they paint using Acrylics. Once completed they get to choose 1 cool Minecraft character painting Kit to take home.🎨🤩❤ For ages 8yrs +

At Tamz Art Studio this Valentine's we enjoyed an extra long Art session...it was such a treat for my kiddos to work with such a beautiful variety of flowers & leaves...working with nature provided such a soothing, nurturing & relaxing time for us all...the 90min session was so enjoyed by both boys & girls from 5yrs+🎨🌼🌺❤🎨❤🎨🌺🌼🌻❤😃😉🎨🌺🌻❤🎨
The kiddos snuck under my table at the end of the lesson to experience the beauty of their lit up Lantern "in the dark"! 😉🎨❤
Some even told me with great excitement that their Lantern would be used as their Night Light in their bedroom. 😃🌟❤🎨

Term 1 has begun & Teacher Tamz welcomes some new Young Artists to her Studio & says Hi to all her familiar faces! 🎨😃💝
We start off this Term eagerly trying our hands at watercolours & some really cool textural paint techniques.🤩🎨🤩
Colour is sure popping & our imaginations are in full swing!🌟🎨😃🎨
We had loads of creative fun with oil pastels...we drew our very own Carla the Chameleon that loves to "play" Hide and Seek with the other animals in the garden!😉💝
We so enjoyed smudging & blending neon oil pastel tones together & carefully twisting paper strips to form branches ( great fine motor co-ordination & development). We also created & added a few gorgeous "tie dye" flowers to our Artwork. 🌼🎨🌺
Next we're working on a Profile " Blowing Bubbles" creation...an Artwork in the making...
