When we think life is a test

when we think we are too much, too little

when we get lost in dark places and forget that we've always found light again

These people are the ones whose presence gently invites us to see that we are loved even when we don't think we are lovable

- that connection with another can be something that supports us too.

-that we are allowed to receive. They show that a different life is possible.

I hope your world is blessed with one of them. If so, l them know what they mean to you 💙

Hello friends,

Over at the Creative Haven, there's a new Journey happening called 'What's in my bag?'
creativity.coaching is guiding us through an exploration of the identities and labels, expectations and personas that we 'carry' with us. And we get to ask ourselves-

How does it feel to carry this?

Does it fit who I am now?

Is it heavy or light to carry?

The first session showed me that I am drawn to exploring my inner wilderness and my inner lameness.

Mine is BROWN. Not my usual vibe on purpose. I wanted to contemplate a color I wouldn't normally be drawn to.

Brown is about earth, home, stability and comfort, but can also be about feeling stuck or heavy

I like that it feels calm but surreal. I'm interested in that very vigilant bird!
