FEAR - What is Fear?

Fear of a past even or a future event that may never happen.

We spend so much of our days worrying, living in fear, and riddled with anxiety.

Stop, pause, breathe! Fear exists only in our minds.

Drop from your head and into your heart and replace that feeling of fear with a feeling of love. ❤️

What do we need to fear? The past is over, we go through it to grow through it. Once we learn from our experiences, we need never go through them again.

The future is yet to come, we need not fear it because we have no idea what it holds for us.

Let the fear go, and stay in heart of today.

Enjoy today, each and every beautiful moment of it, because you won't get it back.

Living in each present moment of each today and sharing love with all we come across changes our lives so beautifully. 🌟💫🌟💫

If you think that life is a journey to some sort of destination in the future, then you'll keep going faster and faster to get there. But life is a journey to a transformation, not a destination. We are growing, blooming, changing, and evolving, and our progress has very little to do with speed, but everything to do with direction. So slow down for a minute and ask yourself what you're transforming into. Are you better today than you were yesterday? Keep going. 🙂

In the quiet moments when solitude wraps around you like a comforting embrace, remember these words whispered by the Universe. You are not alone; you are being guided on a journey of growth and transformation.

Return to Love ❤️

When we experience pain and traumas during our childhood, we choose as a ‘defense mechanism’ to close our hearts.

This ‘defense mechanism’ acts then as a ‘survival mode’ until we choose to open our hearts, heal and love ourselves again.

With every wound that is trying to open our hearts again, we only choose to store it inside our hearts with the other wounds.

In this space, where love, compassion and forgiveness is growing naturally, with the stored and suppressed pain and wounds, we grow in fears, anger, abandonment, separation.

When we choose to heal as adults, those wounds need our love and attention as they have become deep and covered in layers over layers, which our mind might not necessarily be able to comprehend immediately but only with time, our presence and our Self Love.

What we choose to block, knowingly or unknowingly, during our journey, stays within our hearts and bodies, stored, awaiting for us to Return to Love and remember that We Are Safe.

Always place your hand on your heart: take a few conscious breath into your heart and say out loud:

I allow in love. I allow in light. I am love. All is love.

And visualize and feel love flowing within you and all around you.

I won’t lie, I can’t fix you…
I can’t sit here and tell you; you are beautiful, you are loved (even though you are) because it won’t make a difference - and that isn’t really what you need or want to hear when you are down.
I can’t stroke the ego, caress your sorrow, or dance with empty words…
I cannot make you walk but I can walk next to you.
I cannot tell you to stop crying, but I can dry your tears.
most importantly… I won’t lie.

But - what I can do is listen.
I can hear your story, touch your sorrow, hug your pain and I can be present.

I won’t give you long-winded advice or try to change you.
That “change” is in your heart and it is up to you because change actually needs YOU to fulfill the prophecy of your own being.
It needs YOU to recognize the inner workings of misery.
It needs YOU to fold, surrender, and quit fighting a battle that ended long ago.
It needs YOU to need you.
