When Zakkiya started RESET, she found the first few days challenging. But instead of giving up, she persisted.
Her determination, together with the support of a group of like-minded women, kept her accountable and reminded her to keep showing up — even on the difficult days.
And it was so worth it.
She achieved amazing results, but more importantly, she didn’t see RESET as a quick fix. She made the habits part of her lifestyle.
That’s the real goal of RESET — not another diet, but learning how to nourish your body, build better habits and create lasting change.
If Zakkiya could do it, so can you.
Our September RESET is open.

Consistency, discipline and nutrition.
It’s easy to think these things are just about getting fitter or changing your body.
But the truth is, they change so much more.
Every time you show up when you don’t feel like it, you’re building discipline.
Every time you choose nourishing food, you’re choosing to take care of yourself.
Every time you keep going on the trail when it gets tough, you’re reminding yourself that you can do hard things.
And that mindset doesn’t stay in the gym.
It follows you into your work, your relationships, your goals and the way you handle life’s challenges.
You start trusting yourself more.
You become more resilient.
You stop waiting to feel motivated and start taking action.
Fitness may change your body, but consistency and discipline can change your life.

For years, I believed the answer was to train harder.
More workouts.
More sweat.
More pushing.
But despite all the effort... my body wasn’t changing.
Then I realised something that changed everything:
My workouts weren’t the problem. My nutrition was.
You can’t out-train poor nourishment.
When I started giving my body the nutrients it actually needed instead of simply eating less, everything changed. I had more energy, recovered better, my cravings settled, and the weight finally started shifting.
If you’re working hard but not seeing results, don’t automatically assume you need another workout.
Sometimes the biggest transformation starts on your plate, not in the gym.

Your life isn’t always shaped by what happens to you—it’s shaped by how you choose to see it.
The same challenge can feel like a setback or an opportunity. The same mistake can become a lesson. The same closed door can lead you to a better one.
Mental reframing isn’t about pretending life is easy. It’s about choosing a perspective that helps you move forward instead of staying stuck.
Sometimes, changing your mindset changes everything.

One day you feel motivated...
The next day you’re tired.
Then work gets busy.
The kids need you.
Life happens.
So you skip the workout.
You tell yourself you’ll start again on Monday.
Monday becomes next week.
Sound familiar?
The people who create the life they want aren’t motivated every day. They’re simply committed to showing up, especially on the days they don’t feel like it.
Some days you’ll give 100%.
Some days you’ll only have 20%.
But if you keep showing up with your 20%, you’re still moving forward.
Your future isn’t being built by your best days.
It’s being built by the ordinary days when you choose not to quit.
Keep showing up. One small step today is creating a completely different tomorrow.

Success isn’t created in one big moment—it’s built through the small, consistent actions you choose every single day.
The people who achieve their goals aren’t always the most talented or the most motivated. They’re the ones who keep showing up when it’s hard, when progress feels slow, and when nobody is watching.
Every healthy meal, every workout, every prayer, every early morning, every choice to keep going is a brick being laid toward the life you want.
Stop waiting for motivation. Build habits. Stay consistent. Trust the process.
Your future is shaped by what you repeatedly do—not by what you do once.

Exercising because I realized the best investment I can make is in my health.
Not to be smaller. Not to be perfect.
But to feel strong, sleep better, and show up fully for myself, because my body is an amaanah (trust).
