Kareema felt trapped in a cycle she couldn’t break.
The sugar cravings were constant. The bloating left her feeling uncomfortable in her own body. Deep down, she knew she wanted more energy, better health, and a lifestyle that would allow her to feel her best every day.

So she made a decision: enough was enough.
She joined Reset and committed to making small, consistent changes. The results came faster than she expected. She felt lighter, her energy levels soared, the bloating improved, and the weight started coming off.
Most importantly, she discovered that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to feel restrictive—it can be empowering.

If you’ve been struggling with sugar cravings, low energy, stubborn weight gain, or digestive issues, let Kareema’s story be the reminder that change is possible.

The next Reset intake starts on 6 July 2026, and registrations close on 3 July 2026.
Your transformation could be the next story we share.

As a pharmacist, Aadiela sees the reality of chronic illness every single day.
She sees the medications, the struggles, and the impact poor health can have on a person’s quality of life.
And one day, she made a decision:
“I want better for myself.”
She chose to stop waiting for a health crisis to force change and started taking proactive steps towards her wellbeing.

Through Reset, she learned how to nourish her body, support her gut health, improve her energy, and create sustainable habits that fit into her busy life. The results spoke for themselves.
The truth is, most women don’t need another quick fix. They need a plan that helps them reclaim their health before it becomes something they have to fight to get back.

If you’ve been feeling tired, bloated, inflamed, struggling with your weight, or simply know that your body deserves better, let Aadiela’s story be your reminder:
Your future health is being built by the choices you make today.
Reset is back, and this could be the start of your own transformation!

Shihaam started with one decision.
One decision to stop putting her health on hold.
One decision to stop accepting fatigue, bloating, cravings, and feeling disconnected from her body as “normal.”
One decision to finally choose herself.
Today, her story speaks for itself.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start your own journey, this is it.

Reset isn’t about quick fixes or extreme diets. It’s about healing from the inside out, restoring your gut, supporting your liver, and helping you become the healthiest version of yourself.
The next success story could be yours.
Your body wants to heal. You simply need to give it the opportunity.

What if the reason you’re struggling isn’t because you’re lazy, unmotivated, or lacking willpower?
What if you’re simply exhausted?
Exhausted from trying every new diet.
Exhausted from starting over every Monday.
Exhausted from feeling uncomfortable in your own body.
Exhausted from not recognizing the woman looking back at you in the mirror.
You tell yourself you’ll start next week.
After the holiday.
After the birthday.
After things calm down.
But life never slows down.
And while you’re busy taking care of everyone else, your own health keeps moving further down the priority list.

Until one day you realise:
You haven’t felt truly well in years.
Not energetic.
Not confident.
Not vibrant.
Not healthy.
Just surviving.

RESET was created for that woman.
The woman who is ready to stop guessing.
The woman who wants her energy back.
The woman who wants to lose weight without obsessing over food.
The woman who wants to wake up feeling good again.
The woman who knows she deserves more than simply getting through the day.

In just 55 days, you could be looking back wishing you had started sooner.

The only question is:
Will you be in the same place 55 days from now... or will you finally give yourself the chance to change your life?

The next RESET starts on 6 July.
Registration closes on 3 July 2026.

3 Harsh Truths I Had to Learn on My Wellness Journey
When I first started my wellness journey, I thought success looked like perfection.
I was wrong.
Here are 3 truths I had to learn the hard way:
1. Consistency is not linear.
Some weeks you’ll feel motivated, energized, and unstoppable.
Other weeks you’ll miss workouts, eat foods that don’t align with your goals, and struggle to stay on track.
That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Progress isn’t built by being perfect every day. It’s built by returning to your habits over and over again, especially after the hard days.
1. You cannot out-supplement a bad lifestyle.
No supplement can replace poor sleep.
No powder can undo chronic stress.
No capsule can make up for a diet built on processed foods.
Supplements can support your health, but they should never be the foundation of it.
The basics will always matter most: nourishing food, movement, sleep, hydration, stress management, and emotional regulation.
1. Clean eating shouldn’t become an obsession.
One of the biggest mindset shifts I had to make was realizing that health isn’t about controlling every bite you eat.
It’s about creating a lifestyle you can sustain.
When eating “healthy” becomes stressful, restrictive, or all-consuming, it stops serving you.
Instead of asking, “Is this food good or bad?”
Ask:
“Does this choice support my health most of the time?”
Because wellness isn’t about perfection.
It’s about building habits that nourish your body, support your mind, and fit into your real life.
The goal isn’t to be the healthiest person on Instagram.
The goal is to become the healthiest version of yourself, one imperfect day at a time.

3 of My Personal “Hear Me Outs” as a Wellness Coach

Some of these might sound a little strange at first, but hear me out.

1. Drink salt water before your coffee.
Before you reach for that morning coffee, try starting your day with a glass of water and a pinch of good-quality mineral salt.
Why?
After 7-8 hours of sleep, your body is naturally dehydrated. Rehydrating first can support energy, hydration, mineral balance, and may even help prevent that mid-morning crash that has you reaching for a second cup.
Coffee isn’t going anywhere. Your hydration should come first.

2.Drink peppermint tea after a full meal.
That bloated, heavy feeling after eating?
A warm cup of peppermint tea can be a game changer. It can help support digestion, ease discomfort, and leave you feeling lighter after a meal.
It’s one of the simplest wellness habits that feels like a little act of self-care after eating.

3. Start your fitness journey with walks.
Walking is one of the most underrated forms of movement. It’s gentle on the body, helps regulate stress, improves mood, supports blood sugar balance, and helps build consistency.
Most people don’t fail because they didn’t choose the “best” workout.
They fail because they chose something they couldn’t sustain.
A daily walk can be the foundation that changes everything.

Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated.
Sometimes the habits that seem too simple are the ones that make the biggest difference.

What’s your wellness “hear me out”? I’d love to hear it below.

Asalaamu Alaykum. I’m Rushda.
Many people know me as a Nutrition and Wellness Coach, but my journey started in a very different place.
I hold a degree in the IT field and also spent years working in the beauty industry.

My journey into health and wellness began through my own health challenges and the struggles I witnessed within my family. Like many women, I experienced firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last while trying to juggle the demands of everyday life. I know what it feels like to struggle with energy, feel disconnected from your body, and wish you felt healthier, stronger, and more like yourself again.

As my family and I started making intentional lifestyle changes, I saw just how powerful nutrition, movement, stress management, and faith can be in transforming health. What began as a personal journey became a deep passion for helping other women experience the same.

Today, I help women create sustainable habits that nourish their bodies, support their hormones, improve their health, and strengthen their connection with Allah.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me:
• Exploring mountain trails
• Swimming in the sea
• Travelling and discovering new places
• Exercising
• Studying the Quran
• Learning and growing in the field of health and wellness

I believe wellness is about so much more than a number on the scale.
It’s about having the energy to get through your day without feeling exhausted.
It’s about feeling strong and confident in your body.
It’s about showing up for your family and yourself.
It’s about worshipping with presence and focus.
And it’s about creating a lifestyle that supports your health for years to come.

I’d love to get to know you too.
Tell me one thing you’re currently working on in your wellness journey.

Going outside is one of the most underrated things you can do for your health.
Not a supplement.
Not a detox.
Not another complicated routine.
Just stepping outside.

As women it’s easy to believe we need a perfect diet, an intense exercise plan, or expensive solutions to feel better. But often, the most powerful changes are the simplest ones.

A few minutes outdoors can:
• Improve your mood by helping regulate stress hormones
• Support better sleep by exposing your eyes to natural light
• Boost your energy naturally throughout the day
• Calm a busy, overwhelmed mind
• Help you feel more connected to yourself and the world around you

And something interesting happens when you start feeling better.
You naturally begin making better choices.
• You reach for water more often
• You crave nourishing foods instead of constant sugar hits
• You move your body more without forcing yourself
• You feel more motivated to take care of yourself

The walk wasn’t the solution.
It was the spark.
Many women are searching for a complete life overhaul when what they really need is one small action repeated consistently.
Today, don’t underestimate the power of stepping outside.
A short walk.
Fresh air.
Sunlight on your skin.
A moment to slow down.
Your hormones, your mind, and your body may thank you for it.

What if the habit that changes everything is the one that feels too simple to matter?

It’s June already.
Six months of the year have passed, and today you have a choice.
You can stay in your comfort zone, waiting for the perfect time, the perfect plan, or the perfect motivation...
Or you can start making small, consistent changes that add up to a completely different version of yourself by the end of the year.

Just simple habits practiced consistently:
• Spend a little time outside each day.
• Take a daily walk, even if it’s only 10–15 minutes.
• Start a gratitude journal and write down three things you’re thankful for.
• Include a source of fibre with every meal.
• Drink a little more water.
• Prioritize your sleep.

Small actions may seem insignificant today, but they become powerful when repeated over time.
Imagine where you could be in six months if you started now.

What is one small habit you’ll commit to this June?

Warda didn’t wait for the “perfect time”. She went all in.

She decided to start and make healthier choices, even when it wasn’t easy. Late nights, cravings, days she didn’t feel like it — she pushed through anyway. Because she had a why that was stronger than the excuses.

She wanted energy, vitality, and stamina. Not just to look different, but to _live_ different. To chase every goal she set without her body holding her back.

She reminded herself: this body is an amaanah. A trust. And trusts deserve care.

Determination carried her on the days motivation didn’t show up.

If we told Warda in 2024 that she’d be fitting into a size small today, she would’ve laughed. She wouldn’t have believed it. But here she is. Proof that consistency is better than perfection.
