Offering students support in regards to preparing research for publication and presentation, as well as networking with peers, and mentorship from accomplished academics.
Participants must either be full-time PhD graduate students or MA students who are completing coursework toward an eventual PhD.
For successful applicants, IHS will provide a $100 honorarium, travel stipend, living accommodations, and meals.

CALL: NRF Honours Bursaries for 2019

The National Research Foundation (NRF) awards bursaries to students pursuing full-time, Honours and final year B Tech studies at South African public universities. These bursaries are only awarded to South African citizens and South African permanent residents and are awarded as Block Grants to South African public universities. Eligible applications will be recommended for funding through the Block Grant.

Applications must be submitted on the NRF Online Submission system at https://nrfsubmission.nrf.ac.za.
