WHEN DISTURBANCE TAKES OVER, THE SOLUTION CAN BE HARD TO HEAR.

Saint Germain reminds us that we do not find the answer by “throwing up our hands and screaming for help.”

Instead, we are asked to take the opposite stand.

Become still. Become quiet.

When fear, anxiety, frustration or desperation takes over, our attention becomes fixed upon the problem. The more disturbed our feelings become, the more difficult it can be to receive the clear direction of our Mighty “I AM” Presence.

This Teaching does not tell us to ignore the problem or do nothing. It teaches us to first become so peaceful within that the disturbance no longer controls our consciousness.

Then, from that place of stillness, we can turn to our Presence:

“Mighty ‘I AM’ Presence, take command. Still my mind and feelings. Show me clearly what is required and reveal the Perfect Solution.”

As Saint Germain tells us:

“Then we will quickly find a SOLUTION to whatsoever is required!”

The answer may already be there.

Become still enough to receive it.

ALCOHOL & SPIRITUAL PURIFICATION

Before the demands of the outer world begin, take a quiet moment to acknowledge the Divine Presence of God within and above you—the Source of your Life, Wisdom, Love, Strength and perfect direction.
Say with deep feeling:
Mighty “I AM Presence,” come into me and abide in me. Walk the Earth through me. Think through my mind, speak through my voice and act through my hands. Keep me infinitely and Divinely sensitive to Thy guidance at all times.
Help me recognise every opportunity to serve. Prevent me from making unnecessary mistakes, overlooking important guidance or becoming distracted from my Divine purpose.
Direct my thoughts, feelings, words, decisions, activities, world and affairs. Lead me only where I may bring greater Love, Peace, Harmony, Healing, Illumination and Freedom to all life.
May every person I meet be blessed through the Light of my Presence. May every task—however simple—become an opportunity to express kindness, patience, wisdom and Divine Love.
Mighty “I AM Presence,” go before me this day. Prepare the way, open the right doors, close those that are not for my highest good and place me in the perfect position to render the very greatest service possible.
I surrender all anxiety, uncertainty and human planning into Thy perfect direction. I accept that Thy Wisdom knows the way, Thy Love protects me and Thy Power accomplishes all things through me.
You direct all my activities, world and affairs, now and forever!

Our responsibility is to do the best we can, wherever we are, with the opportunities given to us.
We do not have to solve every problem in the world. Small acts of goodness can make a greater difference than we realise.
A peaceful home blesses everyone who enters it.
A loving word can bring comfort, hope and encouragement.
A sincere decree can call forth Peace, Healing, Protection and Freedom for ourselves and for all humanity.
A moment of gratitude lifts our thoughts and feelings and opens the way for greater blessings.
We may never know how far one kind thought, one loving action or one sincere decree may reach. Every effort to create harmony adds more Light to the world.
The Ascended Master Teachings remind us that the Golden Age begins within each person. It is created whenever we choose Peace instead of conflict, Unity instead of division, Forgiveness instead of resentment, and Goodwill instead of criticism.
No loving action is too small. Let us do what we can, where we are, and trust that our Mighty “I AM” Presence will multiply every sincere effort.
Unity, Peace and Goodwill will— MUST—prevail upon Earth now.

We invite our Mighty “I AM” Presence to guide our thoughts, feelings, words and actions. We choose constructive thoughts, calm and loving feelings, eyes that recognise the Divine in all life, ears that refuse gossip and criticism, and words that encourage, comfort and bless.
