Dale views the race course as an exciting and dynamic arena for learning and that it provides a unique introduction to the yachting world. Our unique offers also include exciting Team building opportunities. Sailing ties in brilliantly with aspects addressed in these exercises such as "Where are we now?", "Where are we heading?" and "How do we get there?" with the use of acquiring basic sailing skills the teams learn to employ navigation and planning, role playing, rotating leadership, dealing with confinement (space, time, skill), recognising and appreciating individual and team strengths and weaknesses. Another of our services we provide is Sessional sail training to individuals or groups looking to extend or even begin their know-how and expertise on-board a sailing vessel. We cover topics such as Man overboard drills, sailing on to a berth, reefing, spinnaker handling and navigation (including celestial) to name a few. Each session is 5 hours.
