Learners were introduced to the fundamentals of a computer

Our favourite time of the week😊

We provided more than 150 adults and children from the Melton Rose community with a warm and nutritious meal.

We currently have 3×36lt pots and It's evident that the pots are too small to feed the amount of people in need.

We would like to encourage our family and friends to make a small donation towards our goal for our active Soup Kitchen.

Good day

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to SCCOE for the valuable training, support, and opportunities they have provided. My experience with the college has been both rewarding and beneficial, and I am thankful for the role it has played in my personal and professional growth.

I completed the Basic Office Computer Training Course at SCCOE in March 2026. During my the course we were informed that all students would be added to a database for potential employment opportunities.

After completing my course, I was contacted by SCCOE and asked to submit my CV for a possible job opportunity. I sent through my CV and was later invited for an interview by SASSA ,Following the interview process, I was fortunate enough to be offered the position and successfully secured the job at SASSA.

I am very grateful to SCCOE for not only providing me with valuable training and skills but also for creating opportunities that helped me start my career. Thank you to SCCOE for the support and opportunity.

We were joined by Ms Bulewa from The Department of Labour Bellville Centre, who registered the learners on their database for possible job and learnership opportunities.

TLC is our host for the week, together with Efese Gospel Mission Church in Ravensmead.
