🎭✨ A Celebration of Talent – School Concert 2026 ✨🎭

On 13 June 2026, our school community came together for a truly spectacular School Concert. It was a day filled with music, creativity, excitement, and unforgettable performances that showcased the incredible talents of our learners.

Each grade brought something unique and special to the stage, captivating the audience with their enthusiasm, confidence, and hard work. Our learners performed beautifully and made their school, families, and educators exceptionally proud.

A sincere thank you to our wonderful Masters of Ceremonies, Ms. Danielle Stevens from Ravensmead High School, who expertly hosted the Intersen Phase concert in the morning, and Shadwell Overmeyer, who kept the Foundation Phase afternoon concert running smoothly with warmth and enthusiasm. Your professionalism and energy contributed greatly to the success of the day.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to our talented instrumental performers: Alke Tiemie, a former learner of our school, together with our very own learners, Ray Tiemie and Edlyne Sauls. Their musical performance was truly inspiring and added a special touch to the concert programme. Thank you for sharing your remarkable talents with us.

A heartfelt thank you as well to all our guest performers who helped make the day even more memorable and entertaining.

To our parents, guardians, families, and friends, thank you for your unwavering support. Your attendance, encouragement, and enthusiastic applause meant so much to our learners and played an important role in making the concert such a success.

We would also like to acknowledge our dedicated educators, staff members, and everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. From rehearsals and planning to decorations and coordination, your commitment and teamwork made this event possible.

Most importantly, congratulations to all our learners who participated in the concert. Your courage, dedication, and enthusiasm shone brightly on stage, and we are incredibly proud of each and every one of you.

💜 A Heartfelt Thank You to Always! 💜

On Tuesday, 09 June 2026, Balvenie Primary School was honoured to receive a generous donation of more than 100 sanitary pads from Always for our girl learners.

This thoughtful contribution will help many of our learners attend school with confidence, dignity, and peace of mind. Access to essential hygiene products is vital in supporting the well-being and education of young girls, and this donation will make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Always for investing in the future of our learners and for showing such care and compassion towards our school community.

Thank you for helping to empower our girls and reminding them that they are valued, supported, and capable of achieving their dreams. 🌟
