Introducing the Faculty of Education Student Council Members.
Chairperson - Lee-Irvin Erasmus is a 3rd year FET&SP student majoring in English and Life Orientation.
Vice Chairperson - Ishra Naicker is a 3rd year foundation phase student.
Secretary - Nabeelah Mentor is a 3rd year FET&SP student majoring in English and Life Orientation.
Student Body Treasurer - Cleonie Hughes is a 3rd year foundation phase student.
Representative for FET&SP - Sifiso Mkhabela is a 3rd year FET&SP student majoring in English and Mathematics.
Representative for Foundation Phase - Kirsten Windvogel is a 3rd year foundation phase student.

On behalf of the Faculty of Education, we would like to introduce the Education Faculty Student Council.
The University of the Western Capes Faculty of Education has established a student council to represent and assist education students through challenges or experiences in the faculty.
The student council consists of 6 members that are passionate and committed towards bringing about support for our future educators.
Vision: We as a student council want to serve and provide the students of the education faculty with the best service possible. We seek to be a student council that is inclusive and that attends to every students issues regardless of the students status of any kind.
Mission: The faculty of education student council will commit ourselves to upholding the principles established by the university which serves in the students best interest.
The aim of our student leadership is to promote academic excellence, transformation and social balance amongst education students and to ensure that there remains respect throughout our endeavours.
We look forward to interacting and assisting our future educators.
