WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE
BETWEEN PROMOTION, PROGRESSION
AND RETENTION?
PROMOTION
Means that the learner has met the minimum
requirements to be promoted to the next grade
- The learner has passed the grade.
PROGRESSION
Means that the learner has not met the minimum
requirements to pass the grade but is being
moved on to the next grade with support.
RETENTION
Means the learner will remain in the same grade
for another year. It is agreed that the learner will
benefit from repeating that grade for a second
year.

UPDATE :
I do Tutor up until Grade 7 (only English & Mathematics)
NOTE : I ONLY do it from MY HOME ... thank you ❤️

HOW IT WORKS : So it's preferable that you book a few days beforehand (max 3 days) so that I can print out worksheets and notes etc, that we will do together in the LESSON.

Parents should inform me on the Name & grade of their child, as well as if they need help in English, Mathematics OR both.
If you, as a parent are not sure what your child may struggle with specifically, you may put me into contact with his/her teacher to coordinate stimulating lessons OR you can find out yourself and inform me. 🙂
And I will print out worksheets pertaining to the work he/she is currently doing in class and is struggling with.

*I do have a school desk that my students sit in*

WHAT SHOULD THEY BRING :
- Classroom book (the book they do the work in, in the class)
- Textbooks (pertaining to the subject they need help with)
- A extra workbook (which will be used specifically for the work we will do during the lessons)
- Stationary
- Calculator (if they are coming for a Maths lesson)
