Hely-Hutchinson and Woodhead dams at capacity💦

Western Cape dams are overflowing with the exception of one major dam (Voelvlei) at 80%, and one minor dam (Kleinplaats) at 75%.

Our 4th training run definitely gave the runners a taste of what skyrunning is all about with a vertical kilometre all the way up to Devils Peak⛰️

Mid-way through our skyrunning training programme with 4 more groups runs and 5 more weeks to go until the first skyrace in Langerberg!
