Boost your skills and confidence with our short self-defense course.

Taking a self-defense class can do great things for your inner feelings of self-worth and self-respect. These in turn will boost your confidence as you realise that you can do most things you set your mind to.

Instructor: Sensei Miles Pattrick - 4th dan OGKK, 1st Dan Ryukyu Kobudo with 40 years of martial arts training under his (black) belt!
