These are the benefits for kids to do yoga. I have started at a wonderful school and the teachers are telling me that some of the children that are doing yoga are doing better with focus and self regulation.
We will be starting Yoga in the Park 1st of September.
Hope to see you soon. We do yoga in Smuts road park, Rondebosch East. We start 9:30am. Come join us in the fresh air.
