🧠 "Yesterday, the 10th of October 2023 we observed World Mental Health Day, a day to raise awareness and advocate for mental health education, awareness, and support. At Ikamvayouth Gugs Branch, we understand the importance of mental health and well-being for our learners and volunteers.

🀝 Our psychosocial support services provide a safe and supportive space for everyone to express their feelings, seek help, and grow together. It's okay to not be okay, and it's okay to ask for help. We're here to support you every step of the way.

🌈 Mental health matters. Let's continue to break the stigma, encourage conversations, and foster a community where everyone feels heard, understood, and valued.
