You know her well, as her presence flows through you - Nút, goddess of the sky and stars, mother of Isis, always there, protecting, guiding ,nurturing.

Both the channeled poem(forming the first layer of the painting) and the painting, can be used in meditation to connect and anchor these beautiful frequencies here. 💜🌌🌠

Remembering the Forgotten Self

An intimate salon exploring the deeper dimensions of consciousness.
Step into a space where the ordinary rhythm of life gently falls away.
Through inner journeys, reflection, co-creation, and shared experience, participants explore the forgotten self and connect with higher energies that guide and support our existence.
I am known locally as an artist, poet, and photographer, and through Create with Sophia I share spiritual guidance. This space brings that work into a more direct, lived experience.
The salon is limited to eight participants.
If you feel drawn and live in or near Cape Town, the gatherings take place in Melkbosstrand.
