Good evening, parents!

This week our theme was Transport – Land & Air Transport! 🚗✈️

Our little ones learned about different vehicles such as cars, buses, trains, bicycles, airplanes and helicopters, while building their vocabulary and practising syllables, e.g. 👏 B-U-S = BUS.

The highlight of our week was a very special visit from a heavy-duty tow truck and recovery company! 🚛

The children got to see a huge recovery truck up close, hear its sounds and learn how it works, including how its hydraulic lifting equipment moves up and down to lift heavy vehicles.

Our little ones were absolutely fascinated and thoroughly enjoyed this exciting hands-on learning experience!

🌍 HERITAGE WEEK 🇿🇦

What a wonderful Heritage Week we’ve had! Our little ones explored our heritage through fun learning activities, including different languages, cutting, pasting, vocabulary and fine-motor activities. ✂️🎨

We are working hard to consolidate those important skills as we head into the final few months of the year. Well done to our little ones and teachers! 🌟

🌟 Manners Week 🌟

Manners is a theme we revisit throughout the year because of its sheer importance.

This week, our learners explored kindness, sharing, respect and how we treat those around us through imaginative play, theatrical learning and academics. 🎭💕

Our learners had the opportunity to show us what good manners look like in everyday situations, while our younger groups learnt valuable lessons about sharing and taking turns during their pretend-play tea parties with Teacher Gail and Teacher Joanne. 🫖

Our senior groups focused on speaking to one another with kindness and understanding, learning little lessons along the way about how our words and actions can make others feel.

We are so proud of our little learners and the wonderful manners they practised throughout the week! 🌸✨

🌟 Assessment Week! 🌟

This week marked our final formal week of assessments, where our little ones put their learning throughout the year to the test!

From obstacle courses and learning activities to fine & gross motor, vocabulary, communication, maths and academics, our children proudly showcased their progress.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them! ❤️

🌸🌼 *HAPPY SPRING DAY!* 🌼🌸

What a beautiful and fun-filled way to welcome Spring! 🌷☀️💐
Today our little ones had an absolute blast at our Spring Fashion Show! 👗🕶️👒✨They looked absolutely gorgeous in their bright, colourful and super-cool spring outfits, and they were so excited to strut their stuff and show off their amazing looks! 😍🌸

After our fabulous fashion show, we turned up the music and had a Spring Dance Party! 🎶💃🕺🌈 The children danced, laughed and had the BEST time together! 🥳💕 It was such a joyful day filled with smiles, laughter and lots of happy memories. 🌼💛 We loved seeing our little ones having so much confidence and fun!

🎪✨ CIRCUS DAY! ✨🎪

Today was such a special day as we ended off our mid week with the most wonderful Circus Day! 🎪🤡

This week, our little ones have been learning all about the circus and everything circus-related, and today they got to bring the theme to life! From dressing up in their favourite circus outfits 🤹‍♀️🎩 to showing off their best dance moves at our Circus Party 💃🕺, there was so much excitement and laughter!

And, of course, no circus would be complete without a super special clown! 🤡✨ Our little ones had the best time watching some amazing clown magic and enjoying all the fun and surprises.

🎪❤️ What an incredible way to end such a fun-filled theme! We hope our little performers had as much fun as we did! ✨
