As we grow, we grow to understand how we feel, what we are feeling, when we are feeling what we are feeling and why we are feeling what we feel. When Children can identify what they feel they are more able to regulate what they are feeling.. same for adults πŸ§šπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ when we get stuck in our emotions we are often unable to move forward because there is a cycle of regulation that has not been completed. The first step is always to identify what we are feeling then why we are feeling it..
