Today we honour Freedom Day by reflecting on South Africa’s journey towards democracy, dignity, and equality for us, freedom also means recognising that it is not fully complete unless young women are truly empowered and free from all forms of oppression. This is a call to continue creating spaces where young women are heard, valued, and empowered to thrive.
