GALACTIC GOALS WORKSHOP RECAP 🚀✨️

Wow, I'm still feeling tingles of excitement from this two-hour session. We had an amazing time discussing our goals and having people join in on the teaching of this session. I wanted to make sure that it did not feel like a lecture, but rather like an interactive session where we can share and learn from one another.

One of the exercises we had was to pick a card that symbolised this year for you or what you wanted for next year. It is was a great way to not only break the ice, but to also listen to the amazing growth people have experienced over this year. For the second half, I shared how to define a goal, my goals framework of what to look out for when writing down your goals, and where goals sit in relation to your overall vision and purpose 🤩

This discussion helped open people's minds on what is possible when it comes to goal setting, dreaming big and how to achieve their goals! We then closed the session with a social that had delicious goodies and the lucky draw winners also won noteworthy prizes to help them on their goal journey 🙌

Big thank you again to everyone that joined! It was a session of reflection and strategy, and I loved how we all shared 🫶

KNYSNA FOREST MARATHON 🐘🌿

Wow! After two years of having this on my bucket list, this moment was so dear to me 👏

What an amazingly beautiful and challenging run. This was not a glamorous 42km. It was muddy, it was on dirt tracks, and it required you to dig deep and push hard on the hills. All in all, the physical training was on point and the mental strength was strong. Thank you to my team for making this an unforgettable experience! 💜🥳🤩

The comradery, the big dreams, and the grit to make them happen....amazing, amazing, AMAZING! 🕺💃⭐

Thank you to my darling for always encouraging and supporting me to achieve my dreams. I appreciate you and love you with all my heart 💜🌿

I would do this Marathon again and I would recommend all of you to grab hold of your dreams. IT IS SO WORTH IT!
