The Way To Happiness Lesson Update 🌟
This week we had our second lesson on the first precept: Take Care of Yourself.

Looking after your health and well-being is the foundation for greater survival and lasting happiness. If you don’t, you not only make life harder for yourself but also become a burden on others. Taking responsibility for yourself makes you stronger and more able to help those around you.

We’ve started weekly TWTH (The Way to Happiness) classes with our production team.
The team is divided into two groups, attending Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Our first meeting has taken place, and each person received their own TWTH booklet.

The aim is to build more happiness, responsibility, and unity at work and in life. This will strengthen the team, the company, and ripple out positively into the community — a true win-win-win!

This ties in with the mission of The Way to Happiness Foundation International: reversing the moral decay of society by restoring trust and honesty through sharing this common-sense guide to better living. By doing so, we help create more understanding between families, groups, and communities — making a safer, less violent world for all.
