Focus on your emotional needs. 🌿

Being on a self-development journey has ups and downs. The pyramid of emotional needs can help to remember what is going to help during those down moments.

✨ Connection
Many people have a tendency to disconnect in down moments, which may not be what you need. Re-connect, open up, be vulnerable, talk about the struggles with someone you trust - a problem shared is a problem halved.

✨ Courage
Be courageous enough to let yourself acknowledge difficult emotions. Become comfortable with the uncomfortable. Have the courage to keep the focus on your vision.

✨ Reset
When you come out of your dip, this is when you reset and reflect. This is a time where you can learn more about yourself and take another step closer to what you're working towards. Think about what has been holding you back and consider what will enable you to move forward to the next stage of your journey.
