For qualifying learners who have progressed from the compulsory District Expos, the fairs provide an opportunity to showcase their hard work, celebrate innovation and demonstrate how scientific research can make a meaningful difference in society.

Just finished Bohlabela's last District Expo. 11 schools attended.

Eskom Expo District Expos are not competitions. They are feedback and support sessions where learners have one-on-one discussions with judges, mentors, Regional Science Fair Directors and Provincial Coordinators to strengthen their research projects. District Expos are the first compulsory level of participation in the Eskom Expo journey.
