On the 11th of june-The day bafana bafana lost to Mexico! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
our vibrant calvinites celebrated youth day!
50 years later and we live to reap the fruits of our freedom

Students planned a peaceful march. Police fired tear gas, then live bullets.
June 16 is now a public holiday in South Africa called _Youth Day_. It honors the students who stood up and all young people.
The uprising sparked more resistance against apartheid both in SA and internationally. Sanctions and pressure on the apartheid government increased after this.
It showed how unfair Bantu Education was and why quality, equal education matters.

Please be advised that as tomorrow marks the first school day of the week, all students are required to report in full formal school uniform. This attire must consist of a white shirt and tie. The tracksuit uniform, which is designated for Wednesdays, is not permitted. Strict adherence to these regulations is mandatory, as stipulated by the school's Code of Conduct.
