EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Enlightening Tutors (Pty) Ltd was established 27 th July 2018, by Mr Thamsanqa Thulani Mjanyelwa, a Political Science Degree graduate and teaching Diploma graduate from the University of Johannesburg; Ms Thandiwe Jabulile Kapito a current B Com Accounting student at the University of Johannesburg and Teboho Tsotetsi a Bio Chemistry Degree graduate and current PhD student at the University of Johannesburg as well as in possession of 4 years teaching experience.

Enlightening Tutors (Pty) Ltd has been established for the purpose of not only offering eminent tutoring services to learners, but to also have the culture of learning engrossed in the minds of learners so that when they get to higher learning institutions, the culture of learning has been introduced to them and they have the necessary exposure to learning environments outside the school classroom.

As depicted in our company logo knowledge brings enlightenment to oneself, therefore we pride ourselves in the effort we put to produce a distinction out of each learner in their respective subjects and in turn bringing the best out of each and every learner, enabling them to be successful individuals. We aim to see our learners aspire to be the best they can be and be proactive and productive individuals. With the embodiment of ‘proper preparation prevents poor performance’, embedded in them and the seed to propel to greater heights planted within each and every learner.

SERVICE PLAN

We cater for Grade 8 to Grade 12 learners. Our reason for Grade 8 and 9, is so that learners may be equipped with necessary fundamental skills they need for future grades. We operate in the afternoons from Monday to Friday on weekdays, and morning to afternoon on Saturdays. We communicate with learners via WhatsApp and email should they require urgent help outside of the classroom. Our services are available to learners full time and part-time and in a range of subjects mentioned below.

VISSION:

We pride ourselves in working hard to produce and attain efficacious results out of each and every learner. Little by little everyday sowing a seed of enlightenment in our learners.

MISSION:

We dedicate ourselves towards producing a distinction out of every learner in their respective subjects, bringing the best out of them, so that they flourish and be the best at what they do and bosom with confidence in the exams.

OBJECTIVE:

Creating an eloquent learning environment which prepares learner for the exam and future studies, embedding the culture of learning in the learner and exposing learner to various learning tools and accessories.
