🦠🧼 Germs & Hygiene Week at Pepper Tree Kidz 🧼🦠

What a fun-filled short week we had learning all about germs and hygiene!

Our little learners enjoyed creating colourful germ monsters, washing baby dolls, practising handwashing, exploring sensory play, and taking part in creative art activities. Through play, they learned the importance of keeping their hands and bodies clean to stay healthy and strong.

We are so proud of our little stars and all the enthusiasm they showed throughout the week! ⭐

🦠🔍 Little Germ Detectives at Work! 🔍🦠

Our busy little explorers had so much fun today becoming germ detectives! Armed with magnifying glasses, they searched high and low to find the sneaky germs hiding around the classroom.
Once they found them, they carefully collected and pasted them in the correct places.

This playful activity helped develop: ✨ Observation skills
✨ Concentration and focus
✨ Fine motor skills
✨ Early awareness of germs and good hygiene habits

Learning through play is always the best way for our little ones to explore and understand the world around them! 💚

🚧🏗️ Building & Construction Fun in Our 1–2 Year Old Class! 🏗️🚧

Our little builders have had a busy week exploring the exciting world of building and construction! 😊

From digging and scooping with construction vehicles, to creating their own special construction-themed art and building tall structures, our toddlers enjoyed hands-on activities that encouraged creativity, fine motor development, and lots of discovery through play.

We loved watching our tiny construction workers learn, explore, and have fun throughout the week! 💛👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

🏗️👷‍♀️ Building Big Ideas Through Play! 👷‍♂️🏗️

Our 2–3 year olds have been busy exploring our Building and Construction theme this week! 🚜🦺

Using construction vehicles, gravel, cardboard tubes and plenty of imagination, the children created their own construction sites, digging, scooping, building and working together as a team.

Through this hands-on activity, they developed fine motor skills, problem-solving abilities, creativity and cooperative play, all while having lots of fun!
We love watching our little builders learn, explore and bring their ideas to life. 💛✨

🏐💙 Our Shift Netball Academy girls were excited to receive their brand-new netball dresses yesterday!

We are proud of each and every one of them and wish them a wonderful season ahead. Good luck, girls! ✨🏐

🐄🌾 Moo-ve over, it’s been a farm-tastic week! 🌾🐄

Our little friends had so much fun exploring life on the farm. They wore cow masks, got down on all fours, and joined in some very enthusiastic “MOO!” sounds 🐮💛

We also got busy with shape puzzles and matching activities, where the children had to think carefully and fit animals, tractors, and barns into the correct spaces 🧩✨

Plus, we fed our hungry farm animals by matching the correct food to each one – so much fun and learning in one activity!

Lots of hands-on discovery, laughter, and happy little learners all around 🌻

🚜🌾 Farm Fun in Our Classroom! 🌾🚜

This week our little farmers had a wonderful hands-on farm experience! We brought a bale of hay into the classroom, and the children loved exploring its texture.
Some even gave it a sniff and decided it wasn't their favourite smell! 😂

We learned about how farmers use hay and which animals enjoy eating it. The children also created muddy tractor tracks using toy tractors and paint, just like farmers working in the fields.

To top it all off, they made adorable sheep artwork using toilet rolls, paint, and sponges to create fluffy wool. 🐑🎨

A week filled with learning, creativity, laughter, and lots of farm fun! 🌾🚜🐄

Our 3–4 year old class had an absolute blast with our sensory “harvest” bin this week as part of our Farmer, Farming and Farm Animals theme! 🌾🚜

The children got busy digging in the soil with their little spoons, hunting for hidden fruit and veggies like tiny farmers on a mission, some even looked very serious about their “important farming jobs”! 😄

This fun activity supported fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, sensory exploration, and language development through play.
