We are so proud to celebrate the incredible achievements of Dr June Fabian, who served as Deputy Head Girl and Swimming Captain in her matric year at St Dominic’s in 1985.
Now Director of the Wits Donald Gordon Medical Institute, Dr Fabian is the only African contributor to a landmark Lancet series on chronic kidney disease. Her work emphasises the importance of African perspectives in kidney disease diagnosis, screening and treatment, helping to shape global conversations and improve health outcomes.

We are incredibly proud of our Hockey players who received their Easterns caps as they prepare to represent the province at the 2026 SASHOC IPT & Regional Tournaments. Special congratulations to Coach Seth who was selected to coach the U14A and U16A teams, and Coach Ethan who was selected to coach the U12A team.

From building houses complete with balconies, televisions, and sleeping quarters, to transforming themselves into robots with moving robotic arms, our Preschool children had a wonderful time constructing and creating using recycled packaging materials.

The excitement is building as we count down to the FIFA World Cup!
Yesterday, our Headmaster, Mr Loring, launched a fun staff competition. The school generously sponsored a R2 000 prize, which will be shared among the 3 or 4 lucky staff members who draw the eventual World Cup champions! 🏆💰

The fun doesn't stop there! Each class has also drawn a country to support throughout the tournament, and there's a special surprise waiting for the class that drew the winning nation! 🎉

We look forward to seeing the friendly rivalry, colourful displays, and World Cup spirit spreading throughout our school community over the coming weeks.

A special shout-out to 🇿🇦 Team South Africa as they take to the field tonight. We wish them every success and will be cheering them on all the way!

On Saturday, members of our staff attended the Catholic Schools Office Annual Gathering at the beautiful St Charles Borromeo Church in Linden.

The Holy Mass was celebrated by His Eminence Cardinal Stephen Brislin and concelebrated by Fr Solomon Mphela. The liturgy was made even more special by the sublime music and singing, creating a truly prayerful and uplifting experience.

Our Grade 0 girls have been busy exploring and discovering. From baking delicious piggy cupcakes completely from scratch to investigating science through the fascinating "Dancing Corn" experiment, every day is filled with hands-on learning and discovery.
