🌱 Today's Extra Activity: Gardening 🌱

Today we observed our beans in their glass containers to see how much they have grown and to learn about the different stages of the growing process.

We discussed the importance of sunlight ☀️ and water 💧, and how both are essential for helping our beans grow strong and healthy.

Our little ones were very excited to see the progress of their beans and enjoyed learning about how plants grow. It was a wonderful hands-on experience that encouraged curiosity, observation skills, and an appreciation for nature. 🌱💚

Today our little learners were busy developing important school readiness skills! 💕

❤️ Tracing hearts to improve pencil control and hand-eye coordination.
🎨 Using paint and fingers for line exercises to strengthen little muscles and pre-writing skills.
🟠 Writing their names independently with chalk to build confidence and early writing skills.
🔢 Writing numbers called out by the teacher to practice number recognition and listening skills.
🔤 Identifying the letter N amongst other letters to strengthen early literacy skills.

Our little artists had an amazing time creating their own colourful clowns using paint and toilet rolls! 🌈✨

This special extra activity helped develop fine motor skills through painting, gluing, and creating, while also encouraging creativity, colour recognition, hand-eye coordination, and self-confidence.

We love providing fun, hands-on experiences that allow our little learners to explore, create, and shine! 🤡❤️
