Thank you to everyone who attended our self defense course on Saturday. Lots of fun and laughs but some important skills learned! 💪🏻

20 of our athletes took part in the MASA Gauteng Provincial championships on Saturday 30 May. Well done on another good performance guys! 52 Medals in total!

32 of our athletes competed at the Budo All Styles competition in Pretoria last Saturday. They managed to shoot our dojo to the top of the medal table with a total of 53 medals! 23 Gold, 20 Silver and 10 Bronze! For many of our athletes this was their first tournament. Well done guys!

And that’s a wrap on the 2026 WUKF SA Nationals! 59 medals in total! The standard of this event just keeps climbing and climbing! Well done to all our athletes, coaches and officials! Thank you to all the parents for the amazing support! We are very proud of everyone!

Day 3 of the WUKF nationals. Our medal count is now on an amazing 50 medals! It was a super competitive day of kumite. One more day to go! Team events still to come!

19 Students competed at the Baobab Kata tournament. They brought home a total of 35 medals! 18 Gold, 12 Silver and 5 Bronze. They took part in individual kata, team kata and kobudo. Well done guys! Keep pushing hard towards the WUKF SA Nationals!
