🦎🐍 Wild Ones Educational Show! 🕷️🦎

Our Group 5 and Grade R learners had an exciting and educational visit from the WILD ONES Educational Animal Shows PTY - LTD
They had the opportunity to see, touch and interact with a fascinating variety of reptiles and creepy crawlies, from snakes and spiders to lizards and all the little bugs in between! 🐍🕷️🦎🐛

It was a hands-on experience filled with excitement, curiosity and plenty of learning.
Our learners absolutely loved getting up close with these amazing creatures and discovering more about the world around them! 🌿💚

Ke Nako! Festival of Voices 2026

This Heritage Month, experience the power of young voices united in song.

On 23 September 2026, learners from a number of Curro schools will come together at Curro Wilgeheuwel for Ke Nako! Festival of Voices – a spectacular Curro schools production celebrating South Africa's rich cultural heritage through music.

Inspired by the theme ‘Intsha inamandla – strength in our youth,’ this unforgettable evening showcases the creativity and potential of our young people. Through a carefully curated programme of traditional and contemporary South African music, learners will share stories of identity, resilience, hope and ubuntu.

Ke Nako! is an invitation to celebrate what brings us together. Join us for an evening of inspiring performances showcasing the incredible talent of the next generation.

🎊 Congratulations to our EMS Olympiad Champions! 🎉👏👏

A huge congratulations to Mpilonhle Habile in Grade 9 and Saiyesh in Grade 8 for proudly representing Curro Parkdene at the EMS Olympiad.

The duo first competed in the Boksburg Cluster round, where they qualified to advance to the District level.
Their hard work and dedication paid off as they won 1st place at the District EMS Olympiad!

We are incredibly proud of this outstanding achievement and the way they represented our school with excellence.
