Andante Piano School Piano lessons for young and old! My name is Tessa. I offer individual piano tuition to children and adults, beginners to advanced.

I am an experienced piano teacher and alumna of UNISA, where I studied music (1st - 8th Grade) I started learning the piano when I was 5 years old!. I joined Rock School and now a registered Rock School piano teacher. Tuition takes place at my home in Flamingovlei, Bloubergstrand. If you are a complete beginner, I will give you all the basics, step by step: reading music from scratch, playing, exe

rcises to improve technique, music theory, history of music, improvisation and building chords. If you are a more advanced piano player, I will help you improve your technique, interpretation and understanding of music, and also teach you effective practice exercises. So whatever your reasons for wanting to take lessons preparation for exams or pure pleasure. I'm very flexible and can accommodate you. My approach is friendly and encouraging, and it is important to me that you not only make progress, but also enjoy playing and practising. I often use relaxation techniques with my students as I believe it has a crucial impact on performance. After these classes you will see how much fun it is to be able to play the piano! All age groups, all levels welcome! My rates:

The big semigration is taking place! We are retiring in Flamingovlei, Table View, Bloubergstrand. I am establishing the Andante Piano School in the Western Cape and will continue with the Rock School lessons of current students online.
