BabyGym with Natalia BabyGym focuses on physical development which provides a firm foundation for all later emotional, social and cognitive development Group and individual classes.

The first 14 months of your baby's life are a critical opportunity to wire your baby’s brain to equip them to be the best that they can be. As a mum of 3 (2 daughters: 16 and 4 and a son: 13), my experiences and my fascination with the potential of the human brain have inspired me to encourage other mums/dads/caregivers on this sometimes difficult but magical journey. PLAY YOUR BABY TO BRILLIANCE

Join BabyGym – a brain-boosting movement programme that is fun for babies and enlightening for parents! Developed by Dr Melodie de Jager, South African developmental expert, author and keynote speaker.
Join BabyGym from when baby is six weeks old, and enjoy a one-hour class, once a week, for five consecutive weeks. Learn new exercises in every class, and then practise them at home. The curriculum starts with massage and covers all the senses and muscles. You will end the programme with the cutest BabyGym graduation ceremony imaginable.
