Today marks the opening of the 21st Annual Kovsie First-Year Moot Court Competition, where first-year law students from 11 universities will compete in one of the Faculty of Law’s most prestigious annual events.

Over the coming days, aspiring legal practitioners will test their advocacy, legal reasoning, and courtroom skills before distinguished adjudicators at the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein.

The Faculty of Law is proud to welcome every participant and looks forward to a competition characterised by excellence, professionalism, and the pursuit of justice.

As we celebrate 25 years of the UFS School of Financial Planning Law, we proudly share reflections from Moleboheng Moshe-Bereng.
