🏏 WHAT MAKES SAINTS SPECIAL?

Opportunity. Grit. Brotherhood.

Over the past week, our U11 and U13 boys took part in their respective Tjokkies cricket festivals. Thank you to Universitas Primêr for the outstanding hospitality and care that went into hosting both festivals.

Our U11 side brought together boys from our B and C teams, giving them valuable opportunities to compete against A and B teams. While results did not always go our way, their fighting spirit, growth and enjoyment reflected something close to our hearts at Saints: every boy matters.

Every boy deserves the opportunity to play, contribute and belong.

Our U13 side, made up of boys from both the A and B teams, showed remarkable grit. After an opening 27-run loss to Truida Kestell, they regrouped, found their rhythm and fought their way back.

Kegan Jacobs showed outstanding consistency, scoring 265 runs across the three days, supported by valuable contributions throughout the team. In a must-win final-day match against Jordania, Saints posted a competitive 133 before bowling the opposition out for 79 - a clinical 54-run victory that secured top spot on the log! 🏆

Well done to all our boys and coaches for a week of opportunity, friendship and Saints brotherhood. We celebrate the U13 achievement with pride, alongside every boy who grew, persevered and played his part.

💙 Every boy matters. Every contribution counts.
