🔬🌟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐬𝐤𝐨𝐦 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨! 🌟🔬

We are incredibly proud of our four Grade 7 learners, Khanya Majingolo, Zinile Siteto, Siphesihle Nocanda and Onalethata Motlhakwana, who represented our school at the 𝑬𝒔𝒌𝒐𝒎 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒐 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒔 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒓 after qualifying as Regional Finalists through the district round.

They confidently presented their innovative scientific research projects to a panel of judges, showing off their creativity, critical thinking and impressive problem‑solving skills.

✨ A huge congratulations to Zinile Siteto and Siphesihle Nocanda, who were awarded Silver Medals for their outstanding projects!

A special thank you to Ms Hlaba for her guidance, encouragement and support throughout the learners’ Expo journey.

🐝✨ 𝐁𝐮𝐳𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞! ✨🐝
A big shout‑out to our spelling stars, Vivian Maibi (Grade 4) and Lesedi Matlala (Grade 5), who took part in the Afrikaans District Spelling Competition at Onze Rust Primary School on 30 July 2026!

Over the June-July holiday, they had to learn 140 Afrikaans words. WOW! During the competition, they were tested on 10 of them and gave it their all.

💚 Lesedi bravely tackled the first round.
💚 Vivian scored an amazing 9 out of 10, moving on to round two with even trickier words like "𝑙𝑒𝑒𝑟𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑟𝑎𝑎𝑑" and "𝑘𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑒𝑓"!

Although their journey ended there, they had a fantastic time, made new friends from Vista Junior Academy, and showed wonderful enthusiasm and teamwork.

We’re super proud of you, Vivian and Lesedi! You’ve shown that learning can truly 𝒃𝒆𝒆 fun! 🐝
