The Centre for Labour Law is proud to announce our collaboration with the Annual Labour Law & Compliance Summit to be held on 7 May.
Our Programme Director will be presenting on the topic of 'Disability, Dignity, and Decent Work: Constitutional imperatives and the Duty of Reasonable Accommodation in South African Labour Law'.

The Faculty of Law of the University of the Free State (UFS) is presenting the Short Learning Programme (SLP): Principles and Processes in Mediation in April 2026. The programme provides a broad introduction to the knowledge and skills needed to practice as a mediator in South Africa within a variety of fields.
Focus areas for the programme include:
- Family mediation;
- Employment mediation;
- Community mediation;
- Commercial mediation; and
- Medico-Legal mediation
A limited number of course sessions will be offered, and only a select number of students can be accommodated per session.
