Biolink Brain Training Head Office
At our centres, we teach, practice, develop and strengthen the core learning skills of students. These skills are called Cognitive & Executive Function skills.
Turning Struggles into Strengths: We help uncover the real reasons behind homework battles, attention challenges, and behavioural hurdles, transforming them into success stories for your child. These core learning skills enable students to read, write, remember, think faster, finish tasks, control impulses, pay attention, listen with comprehension, solve problems, e.g.maths, keep up in class and f

π§ Ever walked into a room and forgotten why you went there?
π§ Ever had a name, word, or thought sitting right there... and then suddenly disappear?
π§ Ever found yourself saying:
"It's on the tip of my tongue..." more often than you'd like?
You're not alone.
Many adults quietly worry about these moments.
π Is it stress?
π Is it aging?
π Is it normal?
π Should I be concerned?
The truth is that memory changes don't happen overnight. They often start with small frustrations:
β Forgetting appointments
β Losing your train of thought mid-conversation
β Struggling to find the right word
β Reading something and immediately forgetting what you read
β Feeling mentally tired long before the day is over
The good news?
Your brain can continue learning, adapting, and strengthening throughout life. Understanding what's happening is the first step.

You know what needs to be done.
So why can't you just start?
If that question sounds familiar β whether it's your child frozen at the homework table, or you staring at a task you've been avoiding for days β this webinar is for you. π§
Task initiation isn't about trying harder.
For the ADHD brain, it's an executive function challenge.
And understanding that changes everything.
Join us LIVE on Wednesday, 10 June at 7PM (SAST) for a free online event where we unpack the science behind getting stuck, share practical strategies that actually work, and demo the NASA-inspired brain training technology helping people build focus from the inside out.
COO of Play Attention, Gwen Sorley will be our international speaker.

"I keep forgetting names. Is that normal?"
Yes β and here's why it happens.
As we age, the brain processes information a little slower. It's not that the memory is gone.
It just takes longer to retrieve.
But there are 4 specific things that make this worse:
πΉ Processing speed slows down
πΉ Noisy environments become overwhelming
πΉ Short-term memory becomes less reliable
πΉ Hearing and vision changes tire the brain faster
The good news?
Every single one of these is trainable.

π― 3 Types of ADHD Kids.
Which One Is Yours?
Not every child with ADHD struggles in the same way.
Here are the 3 types we see most often:
1οΈβ£ The Distracted Dreamer
They aren't causing trouble.
They're staring out the window.
Forgetting instructions.
Missing important details.
Everyone says:
"They just need to pay attention."
But the real challenge is filtering information and staying focused long enough to use it.
2οΈβ£ The Busy Bee
Always moving.
Always talking.
Always doing something.
They aren't trying to be difficult.
Their brain is constantly searching for stimulation, which makes sitting still, waiting their turn, and slowing down incredibly hard.
3οΈβ£ The Bright but Stuck Child
Smart.
Capable.
Knows the work.
But can't get started.
Homework takes forever.
Projects are left until the last minute.
Simple tasks feel impossible to begin.
This isn't laziness.
It's often a task initiation and executive function challenge.
π‘ The important thing to remember?
Different ADHD kids need different support.
The strategy that helps one child may completely miss the mark for another.
That's why understanding what's happening underneath the behaviour matters so much.
π Comment 1, 2 or 3. Which one sounds most like your child?

Is your memory not quite what it used to be? You're not imagining it β and you're not alone.
Almost 40% of dementia cases are preventable. That means the brain is not helpless. It responds to the right support.
We're hosting a FREE online webinar to show you exactly what that looks like.

The part of the brain that controls focus, impulse, and learning?
It can be trained.
Most people never know that.
At Biolink we don't guess. We measure exactly which cognitive skills are under-performing, and then we train them.
Specifically.
Deliberately.
With results you can see.
π΄Focus.
π΄Memory.
π΄Impulse control.
π΄Processing speed.
π΄Self-regulation.
These aren't personality traits.
They're skills.
And skills can be built.
