π Klink hierdie enigsins bekend?
En net so "by the way" leer is nie opsommings maak nie!

Biolink Brain Training Head Office
At our centres, we teach, practice, develop and strengthen the core learning skills of students. These skills are called Cognitive & Executive Function skills.
Turning Struggles into Strengths: We help uncover the real reasons behind homework battles, attention challenges, and behavioural hurdles, transforming them into success stories for your child. These core learning skills enable students to read, write, remember, think faster, finish tasks, control impulses, pay attention, listen with comprehension, solve problems, e.g.maths, keep up in class and f
π I walked into the room to just come and send **ONE** email...
Instead, I somehow ended up late for my own Netflix interview..
If you have ADHD, you already know how this story ends... because the email is not being send at all. π
People often think you have ADHD as an adult and all you are is DISTRACTED!
But what is also challenging is task switching, time blindness, working memory, and getting pulled off course by every "quick little thing" that pops up along the way.
We laugh because it's relatable...but for so many adults and children, this is everyday life.
The good news? These skills are brain skills called cognitive skills and it can be strengthened.
β€οΈ Tell me I'm not the only one...
**What's the one "quick task" that turned into a three-hour adventure this week?** π
Well worth the listen!
ποΈ Golf isn't just about having a great swing.
It's about having a great brain.
Have you ever noticed how one bad shot can ruin the next three?
Or how some golfers stay calm under pressure while others fall apart?
That's because golf relies on far more than physical skill.
π§ Every round demands:
β’ Focus for hours at a time
β’ Sustained attention between shots
β’ Impulse control (don't go for the risky shot!)
β’ Working memory to remember your game plan
β’ Processing speed to make good decisions
β’ Emotional control after a mistake
β’ Visual tracking and hand-eye coordination
These are all trainable cognitive skills.
At Biolink, we use NASA-inspired brain training technology to strengthen the mental skills that give athletes their competitive edge.
Whether you're chasing lower scores or helping your child perform at their best, the brain can be trained just like the body.
β³ Schedule a FREE demo and experience the technology for yourself.
See how brain training could become your biggest advantage.
Big changes don't happen overnight... but they do happen. π
When parents start this journey, they want instant results.
The truth is, brain training takes time because real change is happening where it matters mostβinside the brain.
The best part?
The skills your child builds don't disappear because it is not a quick fix.
Better focus, stronger self-control, improved confidence, and greater independence become skills they can carry into school and everyday life.
β¨ Temporary effort.
Permanent skills.
π "I don't know how to study."
You'd be surprised how many learners feel this way... but never actually say it.
Most children are expected to study, yet nobody teaches them how.
That's why seeing messages like this means so much to us. β€οΈ
When learners understand how their brain learns best, studying becomes less frustrating, confidence grows, and suddenly those late-night homework battles start disappearing.
β¨ Practical tools.
β¨ Better memory.
β¨ More confidence.
β¨ Skills they can use for life.
Because learning how to learn is one of the greatest gifts we can give a child.
π Have you ever wished someone had taught you how to study?
Tell us "YES" in the comments if you can relate!
"I'm fine... I'm just not as sharp as I used to be."
We hear this all the time.
Names take longer to come to mind.
Conversations in noisy places feel harder to follow.
You find yourself rereading the same paragraph again and again.
These changes can be frustrating, but you're not alone.
And more importantly, they're not something you have to simply accept without doing anything about them.
Our Stay Sharp, Stay You program is designed to help adults strengthen the cognitive skills that support everyday life, helping you stay independent, confident, and mentally active for longer.
Because growing older shouldn't mean giving up the things you love.

ποΈ Luister net wat hierdie ma te sΓͺ het...
Ons program verg dat 'n minimum van 60 ure voltooi word.
Soms voel 60 ure lank.
Ons kry dit. Ongelukkig is almal opsoek na 'n "DRIVE THRU" opsie.
Maar hier is die ding:
60 ure is nie eers 'n volle week se ure nie.
Dit voel net lank omdat dit oor 'n tydperk strek.
π§ 18 years. Thousands of brains. One truth we keep coming back to.
Your brain is not the problem.
It just hasn't had the right training yet.
At Biolink Brain Training, we work with children, teens, adults and seniors who are tired of struggling and ready to understand why.
Not guess.
Not label.
Not hope it gets better on its own.
We measure the cognitive skills behind everyday performance.
Focus.
Memory.
Processing speed.
Listening.
Self-control.
Planning.
Then we train them.
Using NASA-inspired technology that actually tracks progress.
So when a child can finally sit through homework without a meltdown...
When a teen stops second-guessing every answer in an exam...
When an adult stops losing their keys and their confidence at the same time...
That's not magic. That's a brain that's been given what it needed. π
We started this because we lived it.
We stayed because we saw what happens when people finally understand themselves.
Attention improves.
Confidence grows.
Life opens up.
At any age.
For any goal.

Most parents have never heard the terms fixed mindset or growth mindset.
But they've definitely seen the behaviours.
π "I'm just bad at math."
π "I can't do it."
π "What's the point of trying?"
π Tears after one mistake.
π Refusing to start because they're afraid to fail.
What if those moments aren't about laziness, attitude, or lack of effort?
What if they're clues about how your child thinks about learning?
A fixed mindset believes:
π If I'm not good at something immediately, I'll never be good at it.
A growth mindset believes:
π Skills can improve with practice, mistakes, and effort.
The difference changes how children handle challenges, mistakes, confidence, and resilience.
This Tuesday we're teaching parents how to recognise the difference and what to do when these behaviours show up at home.
Because when you understand the thinking behind the behaviour, everything changes.
Comment GROWTH and we'll send you the workshop details.
