Our little riders had so much fun celebrating the joy of cycling today! From learning about staying active to enjoying time outdoors, bicycles remind us that exercise can be fun too.

Our Preschool and Grade R learners enjoyed an exciting field trip to the farm, where they explored nature, met farm animals, and discovered firsthand where some of our food comes from. Experiences like these bring classroom learning to life and create memories that last a lifetime.

🎙️ A proud moment for Curro Bloemfontein!
Our Grade 6 learner, Katelyn, and Grade 7 learner, Benjamin, recently had the opportunity to visit Rosestad FM, where they spoke about our school in Afrikaans.

As an English-medium school, we believe in equipping our learners with the skills and confidence to communicate in multiple languages. Afrikaans and Sesotho are offered as additional languages at Curro Bloemfontein, and we encourage our learners to embrace every opportunity to practise and grow.

We are incredibly proud of Katelyn and Benjamin for representing our school so well and showcasing the confidence, courage, and communication skills that make Curro learners shine.

The Grade 11 Consumer Studies learners recently concluded their first production for their Practical Assessment Task (PAT). Under this year’s theme, “Food Truck,” learners were tasked with moving beyond standard recipe ex*****on to simulate a fast-paced, commercially viable food truck business.
Each entrepreneurial learner was required to develop, cost, and produce a main dish accompanied by either a strategic side dish or a dessert.

The practical component was successfully split across two sessions, allowing for thorough preparation, ex*****on, and evaluation.
