Over the coming weeks, I will be sharing a series of posts based on my experience with a concluded labour matter.

My goal is not to attack or defame anyone. Instead, I believe there is value in sharing real, documented experiences to encourage discussion about workplace practices, labour processes and the importance of procedural fairness.
