What a great weekend!

Our team of athletes competed at the SAJKA national championships this past weekend and we had amazing results;
With a small team of 12 athletes we managed to win:

6 x individual gold medals
2 x individual silver medals
1 x individual bronze medal

Ladies team kumite won gold;
Mens team kumite won bronze.

I am extremely proud of every member of our club. All the athletes pulled together to help prepare our conpetition squad and it gave the results as expected.

A big thank you to our coaching and admin team, these great results are only possible through your inputs over many years.

I am very excited to start the next cycle, preparing for the Indo Pacific Cup in Mauritius.

We had to say goodbye to one of our members last night. Never easy to say goodbey, but all of the best with your journey Robyn. We wish you all of the success that you worked so hard for!

We attended a very successful FS championship this weekend in Bloemfontein.

Well done to all our athletes who competed. Your performance and conduct on and off the tatami always leaves me in awe.

A big thank you to all the organizers of FSKF who presented this high caliber event.
