Our Clean Eating Workshop was all about practical, tasty ideas you can actually use at home. From snacks to simple meals, we proved that healthy cooking can still be seriously delicious.

Join us for an evening where your hands do the work, the pasta is made from scratch, and the w**e is poured while you cook. You’ll learn colourful handmade pasta, rich sauces, delicious fillings and all the little finishing touches that make a plate unforgettable.

No experience needed, just bring your appetite (and your favourite bottle if you'd like to keep the evening flowing after your first complimentary glass).

We had a new home to celebrate, plenty of wonderful people to celebrate it with... and naturally, we took approximately 97% more photos of the food. 😂

This past weekend, we officially opened the doors to our new FBI home at 49 Captain Proctor Street, Brandwag, and what a celebration it was!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, supported us, shared in the excitement and helped make this new chapter possible.
We could tell you more about the evening, but honestly... the food photos are doing a pretty good job of telling the story. 📸
