Robin Sharma was born in 1964 in Canada. He studied law and became a lawyer, following a path that looked successful from the outside. But despite having a respected career, he felt something was missing. He eventually left law and began writing about leadership, purpose, discipline, and personal growth.

The turning point came when he self-published The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari after struggling to find a traditional publisher. The book was initially distributed in a small way, but it gradually gained attention and transformed his career. What began as a personal attempt to share his ideas eventually became an international writing and speaking career.

One of the hardest lessons Sharma has emphasised throughout his work is that success without inner growth can leave you feeling empty. He argues that discipline is built through small daily actions, and that a meaningful life is not created by waiting for the perfect moment but by deciding what deserves your attention and then showing up consistently.

One of his most memorable lines is: “Small daily, seemingly insignificant improvements and tiny victories eventually add up to remarkable results.”

Sharma's journey is a reminder that the life that looks successful from the outside is not always the life that feels meaningful from within. Sometimes you have to question the path you are already on before you can discover the one that is truly yours.

COMFORT HAS A COST.

The life you want may not be out of reach.

We say we want change, but often protect the very patterns keeping us stuck.

Growth will cost you your comfort.
