Vice-Chancellor and Principal, Prof Hester C. Klopper, addressed the audience at the second edition of the EDSA-SAC Critical Dialogues | Africa Day Edition at the University of the Free State.

She encouraged students to take responsibility for their wellness - from their academic progress and mental well-being to seeking the support they need to succeed. Her message highlighted the importance of balance, self-awareness, and making use of the support systems available throughout their academic journey.
