On the final day of Term 3, we had the honour of bidding farewell to a dedicated leader of Joe Solomon Primary School, Mr. Q Canavan.

Mr Canavan has been a principal at this school for 12 years. Your dedication, guidance and commitment has left a lasting mark on Joe Solomon Primary School.

As our principal, you have not only led the school, but you have inspired teachers, supported learners, and encouraged everyone around you to strive for better. Your presence, wisdom and leadership have helped shape the school and create memories that will remain with us for many years to come. Thank you for each and every decision you made with the best interests of the school at heart. Your legacy will live on in the teachers and learners whose lives you have touched. Although we are sad to see you leave, we are grateful for the journey, the lessons and the memories you leave behind.

As you begin this new chapter, we pray that God continues to guide and bless you wherever life takes you.

Saying goodbye is never easy, especially to someone who has played such an important role in our school community.
From all of us at Joe Solomon Primary School, thank you for your service, leadership and dedication.

You will be missed by your colleagues and the school at large.

Farewell, Mr Canavan and thank you for everything.
