Please note the important information below regarding 2024 registration.
LAW Registration dates for 2024 are as follows:
• Faculty of Law registration will run from the 22nd of January 2024 to the 17th of February 2024.
• Registration will be in-person ONLY.
• Senior students are encouraged to register between 22 January and 02 February 2024 at EXR 5 on the Bloemfontein campus.
• Students cannot register themselves and there will be no online registration.
Kindly take note of the following faculty’s operating procedures:
o For curriculum advice you may email [email protected]
o Allow for 48h – 72h response time before sending a follow-up email or escalating to the next office.
o Curriculum Advisors will obtain all necessary approval on your behalf (no need for you to email the Deans Office)
o Faculties are only responsible for curriculum advise, we would not be able to process your registration if you have financial or international blocks.

Panel discussion and Cultural exhibition
The UFS Faculty of Law will host a two-tier Africa Day event. The first part is a round-table dialogue on ‘Advancing Justice with a View of the Future: The 2063 Agenda for Sustainable Development’. The dialogue aims to a discuss Agenda 2063 ‘The Africa We Want’ through the lens of seven aspirational themes. The second part is a cultural exhibition titled Appreciating Knowledge through Culture.
