Our Grade RRR–R learners had a wonderful time exploring the farm! 🫶🏻🐐

They got to experience farm life up close, discover different animals and enjoy learning through a fun, hands-on experience. 🐓🐴🌱

There were plenty of smiles, excitement and special memories made along the way! 💚✨

🦁🐒 A Wild Day at the Zoo! 🐘🦒

Our Grade 5, 6 and 7 learners had an exciting day out at the zoo! 🎉🌿

They got to see incredible animals up close, learn more about the world around them and enjoy a day filled with fun, laughter and adventure. 🦓🦍💚

What a wonderful way to take learning beyond the classroom and create memories along the way! 🫶🏻✨

Our Intersen Phase learners took their reading time outdoors, finding a quiet spot amongst the trees to get lost in their books. 📖💚

There’s something special about enjoying a good story surrounded by nature! 🌳☀️ A peaceful space, a great book and a little time to simply read. 🫶🏻

Our Grade 4s had an amazing time exploring the Sci-Bono Discovery Centre in Johannesburg! 🫶🏻🎉

From exciting experiments to fascinating discoveries, our learners got to explore the world of science in a fun and interactive way. 🌍🔬

It was a day filled with curiosity, laughter, learning and plenty of unforgettable moments! 💙✨

🧈🐄 From Farm to Table! 🌾👩‍🌾

This week, our Grade Rs have been learning all about the farm, and they had so much fun making their very own butter! 🥛➡️🧈

Our little farmers enjoyed this hands-on experience while discovering how milk can be turned into butter. It was a fun, messy and memorable way to bring their learning to life! 💛🌱

Learning is always better when we can explore, create and have fun! ✨

Is preschool education important? 🤔

You might think that real teaching only begins in Grade 1. 📚

We're here to demonstrate that those years between the ages of 3 and 6 are not just expensive baby-sitting months spent waiting for “real school” to start. 🐣

Let us show you what a morning in preschool actually looks like.✏️

That child playing with Lego blocks? She is being guided by her teacher in learning to count and to share. 🧱🎲

The one sewing with a real needle and cutting out intricate shapes with a pair of scissors is building the finger muscles that make writing possible. ✂️🪡🧵

And circle time that is spent exploring worlds like dinosaurs, the ocean, space and Antarctica, all while teaching children to sit, listen, and follow two-step instructions, is preparing children for exactly what Grade 1 assumes on day one.🦖🌊🚀☃️

❤️🤝 Giving Back to Our Community 🤝❤️

Our school was proud to host a charity drive in support of Allen Park Retirement Home. 🏡💐

We are so grateful to everyone who contributed and helped us make a difference in the lives of the residents. It was a wonderful reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can bring joy and warmth to others. 🌷✨

🏕️✨ A Friday full of creativity and adventure! ✨🏕️

Our preschoolers had an amazing time building their own forts and tents on Friday! 🏠🧸 Using their imaginations and teamwork, they created wonderful little spaces to explore, play and have fun.

We loved seeing their creativity come to life as they worked together and turned simple materials into exciting adventures! 💛🌈

What a fun way to end the week! 🎉👏

🏆🌟 What an incredible achievement for our Solid Foundation learners! 🌟🏆

Our Grade R–7 learners took part in the Matific Olympiad, putting their maths skills, determination and problem-solving abilities to the test! 🧠➕➖✖️➗

We are incredibly proud to share that Solid Foundation placed 25th out of hundreds of schools! 🎉

Together, our learners completed an amazing 10,191 activities and earned an incredible 31,607 stars! ⭐⭐⭐

A huge congratulations to all our learners for their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm! We are so proud of you! 💙👏
