*1 Week to Go – Let’s Lock In 📚*
A week from now, exams start. That means the prep time is almost done and it’s time to shift from “learning” to “showing what you know.”
Here’s how to make this final week count:
*1. Review smart, not everything*
Focus on past papers, key topics, formulas, and anything you’ve been avoiding. Active recall > re-reading notes.
*2. Sort your schedule*
Sleep, food, and short breaks matter. A tired brain won’t remember anything. Aim for 7-8 hrs sleep and keep revision blocks to 45-60 mins.
*3. Ask for help now*
If there’s a topic that doesn’t make sense, ask your teacher or a classmate today. Don’t wait until the night before.
*4. Stay off the stress spiral*
Nerves are normal. What’s not helpful is comparing yourself to everyone else. Stick to your plan and trust the work you’ve put in.
Teachers and staff are here if you need last-minute clarification or study space. Use the resources around you.
You’ve been preparing for this all term. This week is about sharpening, not starting over.
We believe in you. Let’s finish this term strong 💪
