🌟 Pets / Occupations Day 2026 🌟

What a wonderful day we had at Bergville Pre-Primary School!

A big thank you to all our beautiful new doctors, lawyers, nurses, construction workers, teachers, firefighters, veterinarians, policemen, traffic officers, pilots, and all the other careers who joined in the fun. 👩‍⚕️👨‍🚒👩‍🏫👷‍♂️🐾

The day was filled with fun, learning and education as our learners explored different occupations and learned more about caring for pets.

We are so proud of each and every learner for participating with such excitement and big smiles! 💙

🌸 Mother’s Day Picnic 2026 🌸

What a special and heart-warming day we had at Bergville Pre-Primary School! 💕

A big thank you to all the wonderful mommies, grannies and aunties who joined us for our Mother’s Day Picnic. It was such a blessing to see our learners spending precious time with the special ladies in their lives.

The beautiful hats, happy smiles, picnic blankets and special memories made the day extra special. 🌷👒

We would also like to say a heartfelt thank you to our amazing staff for all their hard work, love and effort in making this day so special and memorable.

Thank you for helping us create a day filled with love, laughter and appreciation.

What an incredible day at the farm! 🌿🐄

Our learners had an absolute blast on their farm excursion, filled with fun, laughter, and valuable learning experiences. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to explore, discover, and connect with nature in such a meaningful way.

A heartfelt thank you to Francois and Nicola Botha for warmly welcoming us onto your farm.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to our reliable transportation for safely getting us to and from the farm.

Lastly, a big thank you to all our dedicated staff for ensuring the safety of our learners while keeping the day exciting and enjoyable for everyone.

Our learners had an absolute blast at the puppet show on Friday, 17th April! 🎭✨

It was fun, interactive, and kept everyone fully engaged from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs Heather and her amazing team for their outstanding work—we truly appreciate the effort and creativity that went into the show!

To top it all off, the learners enjoyed some delicious popcorn afterwards 🍿😊

🎓✨ A Proud Moment for Our School! ✨🎓

A very big and heartfelt congratulations to Miss Sindi Ndlovu of our Red Group on her wonderful achievement! 🎓🌸
On 18 March 2026, Miss Sindi attended her graduation and we are so proud to celebrate this special moment with her.
She has successfully achieved her Diploma in ECD Grade R — a beautiful accomplishment that reflects her hard work, dedication, and love for teaching young children.

Your passion for education and your commitment to making a difference in the lives of little learners is truly inspiring. This is such a special milestone, and we are excited to see all the amazing things that still lie ahead for you.

Our learners had a wonderful time enjoying their Fat Cake Day on Friday, 6 March. It was lovely to see so many happy faces as the children enjoyed their tasty treats and shared the moment with their friends.

❤️ Valentine’s Day Celebration – Friday the 13th ❤️

On Friday the 13th, we celebrated Valentine’s Day at Bergville Pre-Primary School, and what a beautiful day it was!

Our learners and teachers had so much fun enjoying all the special activities, laughter, smiles, and sweet moments shared together. The excitement in the air and the joy on the children’s faces truly made the day extra special.

At our school, we believe Valentine’s Day is about kindness, friendship, and making every child feel special. 💖

We sincerely hope that each and every learner felt loved, appreciated, and celebrated on Valentine’s Day — because they are all very special to us.
