🐴💚 Learning through experience!
As part of our Farm Theme, our Happy Hoppers had the wonderful opportunity to feed the ponies and learn more about farm animals through hands-on interaction. There were plenty of smiles, gentle hands and special moments as our little learners connected with nature and their furry friends. 🌿✨

🌬️🩵 Little breaths, big benefits! 🩵🌬️
Today our Curious Crew Grade RR) class at EcoKids Preschool explored the magic of mindful breathing during yoga 🧘✨ Using colourful windmills, our little learners practised blowing slowly, quickly, softly, and strongly to make the windmills spin with momentum 🌪️
This fun activity helps children:
🌿 Develop breath control
🌿 Improve focus and concentration
🌿 Strengthen oral and breathing muscles
🌿 Encourage calmness and self-regulation
🌿 Build body awareness in a playful way
At EcoKids, we believe understanding our breath from a young age helps children grow emotionally, physically, and mentally 💫
